Member of the Bar Association of Busto Arsizio (Varese) since 2001. He graduated from the Università degli Studi di Milano, he is Adjunct Professor of International Law at the IULM University of Milan and of International Organizations at the Carlo Bo SSML (School for Mediators) of Milan. He is also author and co-author of various scientific publications. Legal consultant and attorney for several Italian and international insurance companies and banks, Matteo Massimo D’Argenio collaborates with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Milan and with the ​Istituto Italiano Privacy (Italian Privacy Institute). His specialization areas are: insurance law, banking law and commercial law.

Member of the Bar Association of Milan since 2003, Andrea Polizzi graduated ​summa cum laude at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 1996. Afterwards, in 2002, he obtained a Ph.D.degree in “National and International Trade Law” from the same University. He has a strong expertise in Insurance law, Banking and Financial Market Law, compliance and Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, being all these areas the main fields of the activity of the Law Firm, both in consultancy and in contractual aspects. He is author of numerous publications in the insurance and banking sectors. Andrea Polizzi is also active in training activities – speaker at conferences in Italy and abroad on topics relating to insurance law, compliance, insurance distribution and insurance products, liability pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/01. He also holds office as member of the Board of Auditors and Supervisory Boards pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree N. 231/01 in insurance companies, fund management companies (SGR) and national and international industrial groups.
